Our Vision
The vision is a financially literate and self-reliant India where every citizen, regardless of their background, can manage their finances effectively, pursue their goals, and contribute to national economic growth.
Our Mission
The mission is to deliver financial literacy programs that equip individuals and communities with skills in budgeting, saving, investing, debt management, and understanding financial products. This enables them to achieve financial independence and improve their quality of life.
Our Story
The Story of Arthasadhana
“Artha” in Sanskrit means wealth or resources, and “Sadhana” means the dedicated pursuit of a goal. Together, Arthasadhana is the journey of disciplined effort toward financial well-being — not just for an individual, but for society as a whole.
The Beginning
Arthasadhana started as a thought in the minds of professionals and educators who believed that financial knowledge is a basic life skill, not a privilege. In a country where millions earn money but few understand how to manage, grow, and protect it, the gap between earning potential and financial stability was vast.
This realization sparked a mission — to bridge the financial literacy gap in India through accessible, practical, and community-driven education.
The Journey
What started as small group sessions in schools, colleges, and communities soon grew into structured programs. Partnering with stock exchanges like BSE and NSE, as well as depositories like CSDL and NSDL, Arthasadhana became part of India’s formal financial awareness movement.
From urban corporate halls to rural classrooms, the team adapted each session to the audience — using relatable examples, storytelling, and hands-on activities. Engineering students learned about start-up financing, farmers understood crop insurance, and homemakers explored small savings and investment plans.
The Impact
- Thousands of individuals trained across multiple states.
- Special focus on women’s financial independence and youth entrepreneurship.
- Collaborative events with NGOs, CSR partners, and government programs.
Participants often shared how even one session changed their approach — from avoiding scams to starting SIPs, from clearing debt to planning for retirement.
